Know Your Home:
Your Home Inspection Report Matters

Our home inspection reports are designed to provide our clients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their property. This example report contains detailed information about the condition of the home, including any potential issues or concerns. We also provide links within the report for easy navigation and reference.

How to look at your inspection report

  • The first page is the cover page for your convenience 

  • Pages 2-7:

    • Your property inspection report form that is required by the state of Texas when an inspection is performed.

    • You will find what was inspected, not inspected, not present or deficient during the inspection. 

    • Comments of potential issues may be listed underneath the inspected item.

  • Pages 8-26:

    • This is an added section that gives more details, pictures and explanations about your home inspection​

    • Each section will contain a "Description", "Observations and Recommendations", and "Inspection Methods and Limitations"

      • Within these sections there is blue wording that you may click on, and this will ​​give you more information on the given topic.

    • You will be able to navigate between the inspection items at the header by clicking the item you want to navigate to.
